One of NDOW's guiding principles is Obey the Law and Tell the Truth. With this in mind, NDOW recently distributed some new propaganda entitled Promises Kept. One of them was Predator Management Program. Is this a whopper or what? NDOW refused to do any predator management until last legislative session when AB291 was signed into law. In other words, it had to be made into law before NDOW would act. Forget about "promises kept" on this issue.
