It is not politically correct to remove some animals like predators to enhance others such as  deer. It is not politically correct for our elected officials to expose the mismanagement in government. It is not politically correct to expose government waste because it makes government look bad. Politicians don’t stand up when a state employee (like NDOW director Terry Crawforth) is not doing his job because it is not politically correct. It is not politically correct to go digging around a state agency like NDOW. If that were to happen, one might see where an NDOW employee was called to active duty in the National Guard. Of course, NDOW director Terry Crawforth kept him on the payroll, saying he was working at home. The employee had 1100 hours of overtime in one year that sportsmen paid for.

Wildlife commissioner Bill Bradley is the perfect example of being politically correct, a.k.a., selling out the sportsmen. After seven years on the Wildlife Commission he has supported two incompetent directors of NDOW. To hell with doing the right thing, the most important thing is for him to be politically correct. In doing so, his failure to stand up and be a man has hurt sportsmen and the natural resource. It looks good not to create any controversy. However, when you don’t take a stance and sell out by not doing what is right, you become a wimp without a conscience. That is being politically correct and it is time for the policy of being politically correct to go.
